Brasada Ranch Views

Our clients envisioned generations of family together in this home’s soaring great room from the moment we reviewed the floor plans together. Wide open, yet layered and cozy, this space invites you in and treats you to the sweeping mountain views through the custom LaCantina door and clerestory windows. Upholstery that is brimming with style and sink-in comfort was top priority, and this view was screaming for a pair of swivel chairs to take advantage of both the conversation and the view. The LaCantina door tucks away completely, inviting you to enjoy sunset in the outdoor living area and the sweeping 5-mountain view beyond the golf course below. Truly the heart of the home, the kitchen is a balance of texture and contrast, function and flair. Every feature was addressed with top-of-the-line appliances and exquisite stone countertops and full slab backsplash. Dining is at once informal and luxurious when you’re surrounded by extraordinary views of the Brasada Ranch golf course and jaw dropping sunsets beyond the mountain range. Our raw-edge dining table is flanked by supple leather head chairs and delightfully sculptural chairs that let the light and the view pass through.

The decadent “juice room” is our client’s favorite entertaining space off the kitchen, with an awning window for service to the grilling area beyond and ample refrigeration, storage and serving space for mixing delicious concoctions. Layers of luxury abound in the Primary suite, from supple custom linens to the soaking tub, but the views are again paramount from every window and door in this home. An extraordinary guest experience greets visitors in the corner suite. Textures and textiles are everywhere from the raw edge bed and nightstands to the custom bedding and room darkening window treatments. Why leave? This Brasada Ranch home sits in artful profile against the Three Sisters range, showcasing a palette of natural cladding, stone and native landscaping that completes and compliments the breathtaking view.
